(1) Main Technical Features
This machine is used to insert coil and wedge paper into stator automatically, which will be equipped with HMlinterface, with the characteristics of fast speed, high stability, accurate position and quick tooling change.
The machine is with 2 winding stations, 1 wedge making station and 1 coil inserting station, in total 4stations on the rotary table. Coil inserting is achieved by double spindles individually. 1t's especiallysuitable for the automatic coil insertina of the stator with hiah slot fill factor.
